Supervise, evaluate, and empower a team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts Drive to exceed personal/team/Company goals by holding self and team to high performance standards through servant leadership Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams Support peer team by training, coaching and developing newly hired and promoted Supervisors. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to in being able to work rotating shifts and hours
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations
  • Two-way communicator who actively listens to hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customers
  • Highly committed to continuous improvement applying innovative solutions with a customer first mindset
  • Create a safety culture and apply and implement workplace policies
  • Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively
  • Values different opinions & is open to ideas & perspectives from others

  • Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified
  • Strong mechanical background
