You'll lead the charge in refining processes, championing cost-effective strategies without compromising on our high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Your leadership will guide a dynamic team through daily processing and packaging operations through the night shift hours from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM (flexibility is required). Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs & processes
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution - with a focus on results
  • The ability to coach and drive the KWS/TPM process; support Grassroots/Pillar teams; and lead the development of our operation's team
  • Technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Set the Pace - Directing all activities for your production line(s) in accordance with goals, product standards, costs, budgets, manpower, and established procedures.
  • Impact Results - Identifying opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying Kellanova Work Systems (KWS/TPM) principles as well as driving Continuous Improvement activity throughout the facility.
  • Take a New Angle - Identifying, developing, and implementing best practices for safety, quality, and equipment maintenance using problem-solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate operational issues.
  • Collaborate to Win - Incorporate a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments, while acting as champion for operations.
  • Drive Efficiency - Performing schedule adherence monitoring and make necessary adjustments due to downtime, inventory, demand, and projection fluctuations.  Additionally, manage unplanned downtime through proper equipment operation and preventative maintenance.
