Join Our Team in the Prepared Foods Division as a Senior Production Planner! Summary: This position is responsible for coordinating, planning, and overseeing the primary responsibilities and functions related to the assigned division. This includes: Plant operations, Material handling units, Forward warehouses, Internal and external freezer activity, Inventory reconciliations, Database information Other key responsibilities include: Training and developing necessary skills of other team members Providing leadership, knowledge, and assistance Maintaining communication with internal and external department heads to achieve financial, business, and customer satisfaction objectives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent field experience.
4+ years of industry experience.
Planning, Operations, and Sales experience preferred.
Requires the ability to comprehend and lead planning processes through available existing and potential tools currently utilized in the planning area.
QMF ability in writing and executing basic programs (i.e., queries, spreadsheets to troubleshoot data, etc.) is preferable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills through various levels required.
Ability to train other team members in the work unit is critical for this position.
Informal presentations to groups on work-related topics.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
Display effective and justifiable decision-making abilities.
Be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and people and process-oriented.

Nice To Haves

Planning, Operations, and Sales experience preferred.
