About The Position
Martin-Baker America is a premier provider of advanced ejection and crashworthy seating systems across the United States and Canada. Our expertise encompasses crashworthy helicopter seat manufacturing, full lifecycle ejection seat maintenance, and critical component supply to sustain operational readiness. We are proud to support aircrew safety and survivability. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Planner to join our team who will oversee developing and scheduling, along with maintaining how materials move throughout the production cycle guaranteeing effectiveness, accuracy, and alignment with company production commitments.
Requirements
- Ability to build solid working connections and collaborate at all levels of the organization to promote efficient communication.
- Ability to coordinate processes across several products, by defining labor needs, raw material, equipment requirements, and set order completion deadlines.
- Ability to identify priority products and operations to improve workflows and analyze production output data to boost efficiency.
- Technical proficiency in scheduling, inventory control, production planning, deciphering product specifications, drawings, and manufacturing producers.
- Success in this position depends on accuracy, diligence, and a proactive attitude to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in business operations, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is required.
