About The Position

As a member of Workday's Pricing Team, the Senior Product Pricing Analyst will play a key role in shaping Workday's monetization strategy. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Pricing and working closely with Product General Managers and Strategists, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales Leaders, Sales Systems, Deal Operations, Finance, and Legal, this is a highly visible role with excellent growth potential. Act as the designated Pricing Lead for 1-2 of Workday’s product lines. Define and implement pricing and packaging strategies related to new product and service offerings. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of deal data, customer usage data, customer and sales feedback and translate into solutions or improvement opportunities. Find opportunities for new pricing, packaging and bundling strategies that will contribute to our strategic goals. Nurture close relationships with, and gain trust of partners across product, sales, finance and other organizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant industry or consulting experience in pricing, either in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience in GTM strategy or product management for a SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in developing clear and compelling slides for senior audiences.
  • Ability to run multiple projects & priorities, seamlessly moving between strategy & execution.
  • Tight-knit collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience inspiring change across a global & matrixed organization.

Nice To Haves

  • BSc with top class academics, MBA is a plus.
  • Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or leading IaaS or PaaS company
  • High level of proficiency in data analysis and solid understanding of statistical methods, with proven record to deliver insights.
