Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Product Discovery Mastery: Deep experience with customer-driven innovation, including running hypothesis-driven experiments and conducting user interviews to validate solutions before building.

  • Strategic Execution: Proven ability to transform ambiguous business requirements and market needs into clear, actionable user stories and a cohesive product strategy.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the "why" behind decisions to engineers, designers, and executives alike.
  • Adaptability: Experience thriving in fast-paced, unstructured environments. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and have a strong sense of self-ownership.
  • Collaboration: A natural ability to build rapport and drive close partnerships across Design, Engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Founder Mentality: You are proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented. You treat the product as if it were your own business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Strategy: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key areas of the Wealth.com platform, translating high-level business goals into a prioritized roadmap and actionable product strategy.
  • Backlog Management & Execution: Translate complex requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications. You will maintain a healthy backlog and ensure engineering and design teams have what they need to execute efficiently.
  • Champion the Customer: Lead hypothesis-driven experimentation and conduct user interviews with financial advisors and clients to validate pain points and uncover new opportunities for innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the connective tissue between Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams. You will facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure smooth product launches that drive adoption.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define success metrics (KPIs) for your product areas. Analyze usage data and market trends to iterate on features and maximize value for our users.
