As the Senior Product Operations Manager for Ads, you will be the strategic leader at the intersection of our commercial and technical teams. Your mission is to establish and run a highly efficient "deal desk" that manages the lifecycle of advertising deals, from initial insertion order to on-air flighting. You will be the central quarterback, responsible for creating a seamless operational framework that balances revenue generation with a delightful user experience. You will be at the center of our monetization strategy, collaborating closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Product, Engineering, and QA, to ensure our ad products are executed flawlessly and thoughtfully. This is a hybrid role based out of either our SF, LA, or NYC office. The hybrid schedule is 3 days a week
