About The Position

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to lead product and service marketing for our Wealth Management audience of Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. In this role, you’ll drive adoption of key offerings—such as Advice, Private Equity, Cash Plus, Margin, and Fully Paid Lending—by translating client needs into compelling, measurable campaigns. Your expertise in product positioning and deep understanding of UHNW client needs will help shape strategies that deliver real value. You’ll collaborate closely with Advice & Wealth Management (AWM) strategy and distribution teams, Wealth Management business leaders, compliance partners, and Personal Investor marketing counterparts to ensure alignment and impact. Requirements

  • Minimum eight years related work experience, three years of marketing experience.
  • Broad knowledge of Vanguard's investment product line-up and an understanding of the overall investment markets.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Shape Audience Marketing Strategy: Define and lead the marketing strategy aimed at deepening relationships with Wealth Management clients through product and service adoption. Translate this strategy into integrated, personalized, multi-channel campaigns (web, email, direct mail, etc.) that drive engagement and deliver measurable results.
  • Drive Insight-Led Decisions: Uncover client needs and actionable insights that inform marketing priorities, positioning, and creative approaches.
  • Champion Innovation and Personalization: Build a culture of experimentation by introducing test-and-learn approaches and leveraging automation to deliver targeted campaigns that optimize marketing performance and accelerate growth.
  • Own Forecasting and Performance Reporting: Build forecast for marketing-influenced product & service adoption and track and explain performance toward goals. Develop executive-level campaign performance presentations that simplify complex detail, highlight key learnings, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Influence Through Communication: Develop high-impact presentations and executive-ready materials that clearly articulate marketing strategy, performance, and value to senior stakeholders.
  • Foster Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with senior business leaders, product marketing peers, channel & distribution partners to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Lead and Mentor: Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to cross-functional marketing team members, cultivating a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
