Hiya is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead go-to-market strategy and growth for our SMB audience and digital self-service experience. You'll shape how small and midsize businesses discover, understand, and buy Hiya, while also optimizing the self-serve experience for all customers who purchase and onboard digitally. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and revenue. You'll define and reach our SMB audience with clear, differentiated messaging and campaigns, while also driving automated, scalable growth for customers who buy without direct sales engagement. It's a mix of audience strategy and growth execution, ideal for someone who loves combining storytelling with data-driven optimization. You'll join a small, high-impact product marketing team responsible for defining and communicating the value of Hiya's products across some of our core audiences.
