We are seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Product Marketing to lead AI product marketing for the Conga Advantage Platform. This role will be instrumental in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for our AI-powered capabilities, positioning Conga as a leader in AI-driven revenue lifecycle management. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to articulate the value of our AI solutions and drive product adoption across our customer base. AI is shaping the next era of revenue lifecycle management. In this role, you’ll help define how Conga shows up in the market—creating differentiated positioning, enabling our teams to sell with confidence, and driving adoption across our customer base. Your work will connect product innovation to real business impact through strong storytelling, strategic launches, and measurable performance.

Requirements

  • Related experience. You have 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for complex technical products. You’ve led cross-functional launches and feature releases, ensuring tight alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in a fast-paced environment.
  • AI and market fluency. You have a strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their practical business applications particularly in revenue operations, sales, or finance domains. You stay current on AI trends and know how to apply that insight to Conga’s solutions and the markets we serve.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication. You’re able to translate technical concepts into compelling business value propositions, and you’re comfortable creating content for multiple audiences, including C-suite executives, business users, and technical practitioners.
  • Education. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in revenue operations, CPQ (Configure Price Quote), contract lifecycle management, or related domains will help you ramp faster. Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and the enterprise software market is also a plus.
  • Consulting, customer-facing roles, or product management
  • Analyst relations and positioning products in industry analyst reports
  • A technical background (or the ability to quickly learn and communicate complex technical concepts)
  • Building and scaling product marketing functions in high-growth companies

Responsibilities

  • Developing product marketing strategies, including value proposition development, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning that resonates with target audiences
  • Planning and executing integrated product launch campaigns across digital marketing, events, PR, analyst relations, and partner marketing
  • Building content that clearly articulates the business value of AI-powered capabilities (product collateral, white papers, blog posts, and presentations)
  • Partnering with Sales Enablement to develop and deliver enablement programs, training materials, and tools including creating and delivering presentations to sales teams

  • Team collaboration. You partner closely with Product Management to influence product strategy and roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback. You also collaborate with demand generation, content marketing, and communications teams to amplify AI product messages.
  • Data driven decision making. You bring strong analytical skills and you’re excited to dig into data to determine which initiatives are working—then use those insights to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Project management. You bring excellent project management skills and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines without losing momentum.
