Senior Product Manager

Guild
31d$150,000 - $190,000Remote

About The Position

Guild Grow helps companies offer education and skilling benefits to their employees. But employers don't just want to offer benefits—they want to see what's working. Are employees actually using this? Is it affecting retention? Which programs are worth the investment? That's your problem to solve. You'll own the Employer Portal's data and reporting experience—the surface where HR and talent leaders make sense of their program's impact. This means you'll need to understand data visualization, reporting extensibility, and how to partner closely with data teams to build something employers actually find useful (not just dashboards that look impressive but don't answer real questions). This is a remote role with occasional travel to Denver.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in product management, ideally B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products
  • Experience with data products, reporting, or analytics—you know what makes a good dashboard vs. a bad one
  • Technical fluency—comfortable talking to engineers and data folks about tradeoffs and architecture
  • Strong discovery skills—you dig into customer problems rather than just taking feature requests
  • Comfort with AI tooling to move faster on research, prototyping, and documentation
  • Clear, concise communication—you can make complex data concepts understandable to non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HR tech, benefits, or talent management products
  • Background building reporting for enterprise customers with complex data needs

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and roadmap for the employer data and reporting experience
  • Lead discovery with employer partners to understand what questions they're actually trying to answer
  • Partner with data teams to figure out what's possible, what's reliable, and what tradeoffs exist
  • Work with engineering and design to ship reporting features that scale across different employer configurations
  • Use AI tooling to prototype and test ideas quickly before committing to full builds
  • Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and progress without over-communicating

Benefits

  • Access to low-cost, high-quality health care options through Collective Heath and Kaiser (due to coverage limitations, Kaiser is currently only available in CA & CO)
  • Access to a 401k to help save for the future
  • Vacation policy to rest and recharge
  • 8 days of fully-paid sick leave, to take the time to heal and or recover
  • Family-friendly benefits, including 12 weeks of parental leave for non-birthing parents and 18-20 weeks for birthing parents; 4-week ramp-up period for when employees return from a leave of 6 weeks or more; as well as employer-paid short-term and long-term disability, employer-sponsored life insurance, fertility and caregiving benefits.
  • Well-rounded wellness benefits including free and low cost mental health resources and financial wellbeing support services
  • Education benefits and tuition assistance to help your future development and growth
