Work as part of the Oracle Manufacturing Cloud product management team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for process manufacturing solutions. Align product goals with business objectives and customer needs.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
Product Development: Collaborate with R&D, engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights, understanding customer challenges, and ensuring that the product development process is customer-centric.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotion. Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and changes to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, sales, and customers.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and iteration based on customer feedback and market dynamics.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance, optimize features, and make informed decisions.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
