About The Position

Guild is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our team and to advance our benefit administration capabilities. In this role, you will own outcomes across the benefit determination lifecycle—starting with eligibility and expanding into claims management—ensuring Guild can deliver accurate, efficient, and scalable benefit experiences for employer partners and their employees. You will work alongside Engineers, Designers, PMs, and Operators to design and evolve the systems and workflows that power benefit determination. You will define and lead product decisions, discovery, and delivery; set and monitor success metrics; and drive iteration based on real-world outcomes. In the near term, you will improve and de-risk existing eligibility and claims workflows. In parallel, you will craft a longer-term vision to modernize this lifecycle in order to reduce operational complexity, improve accuracy, and support Guild’s growth. This role is remote, with occasional travel to Denver (at least quarterly) and other locations as needed.
