Title: Senior Product Manager What You'll Do As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take true ownership of large, complex initiatives across SPG’s pet benefits platform. You’ll lead work end to end—from early discovery through launch and iteration—while driving alignment across teams and partners with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

A strong sense of ownership and self-motivation.
Excellent product judgment and strategic thinking, paired with strong attention to detail.
The ability to lead and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
3+ years of experience in a product management or similar role.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI tools and platforms is a strong plus, especially if you enjoy being hands-on beyond planning.
Experience conducting or synthesizing user research is a plus.
Background in insurance, employee benefits, or the general pet industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead high-impact product initiatives from problem framing and research through design, delivery, and post-launch optimization.
Drive complex, cross-functional efforts spanning multiple systems, teams, and external partners, keeping momentum and accountability without heavy oversight.
Own product integrations with external partners, including defining requirements, managing timelines, leading partner-facing meetings, and coordinating execution.
Translate business goals, user needs, and system constraints into clear product direction, detailed requirements, and high-quality execution.
Partner closely with Design, Engineering, and QA throughout the product lifecycle to deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions.
Engage directly with users and stakeholders to gather feedback, support or conduct user research, and continuously improve product experiences.
Navigate ambiguity, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and take full ownership of outcomes.
