Confiz is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Sales Incentive Compensation who will be a key member of the Product Management team, responsible for defining, building, and evolving enterprise Sales Incentive Compensation solutions. This role will craft and execute a multi-year product roadmap that enhances employee experience, improves compensation transparency, and ensures accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company objectives. This leader will manage the full product lifecycle — from opportunity identification and discovery through feature prioritization, delivery, launch, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with strong execution skills and thrives in complex, cross-functional environments.
