About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in AI or legal technology to drive innovation in our AI-powered solutions. Building Agentic experiences is a plus. You will influence the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Docusign’s AI-powered agreement repository, a key component of Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform. You will be an expert in customer problems, understand how agreements are related to each other and end-to-end user journeys around managing agreements, and create a roadmap aligned to both. You will expand Navigator use cases to drive adoption and add new value for the enterprise customer segment, while working closely with other Product Managers, UX, Engineering, and Product Marketing as you define requirements for new features and bring them to market. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management or related experience
  • Experience building AI-powered products, automation systems, or intelligent workflows
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Marketing, and Sales
  • Proven ability to define metrics, run experiments, and make data-driven decisions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building products for procurement, finance, or enterprise operations
  • Strong product thinking with the ability to connect customer problems to scalable solutions
  • Familiarity with LLMs, agentic systems, or AI-driven decisioning frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize customer insights, data, and market trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating clear product narratives and requirements
  • Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive user experiences
  • Experience working in enterprise SaaS environments

Responsibilities

  • Build strategy and roadmap that supports the goals of Docusign Navigator and Intelligent Agreement Management
  • Collect customer feedback and partner with Research team to identify and validate customer problems around managing agreements
  • Define and effectively communicate product goals and requirements, and work cross-functionally with Design and Engineering to implement solutions
  • Analyze cost/benefit tradeoffs and facilitate discussions to reach partner consensus
  • Define critical metrics, implement tracking mechanisms, and measure feature success post-launch
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams on go-to-market plans for a successful feature launch
  • Present product strategy to teams and executive leaders to get feedback and agreement
  • Influence effectively without authority in and outside of the Product team
