About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a key portion of the Healthgrades marketplace experience. This role will define and execute product strategy across critical parts of the platform, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver meaningful improvements in consumer experience, provider value, and business performance. You will lead a cross-functional product pod that identifies opportunities, shapes the roadmap, and delivers product improvements that scale across the Healthgrades platform.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in Product Management or related roles
  • Proven experience delivering digital products in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong problem-framing, prioritization, and decision making skills
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
  • Ability to collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, and Data partners
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with Engineering on technically complex systems
  • A data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and BI tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in media, content, marketplace, or a consumer platform business is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for a key area of the Healthgrades marketplace.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how consumers discover providers, evaluate care options, and take meaningful actions on Healthgrades.
  • Translate business priorities and marketplace dynamics into a clear product vision and roadmap with a ~12-month horizon.
  • Conduct market, user, and competitive research to uncover new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Lead a cross-functional pod including Engineering, Design, Data, and partners across marketing, commercial, and operations teams.
  • Clearly define problems and align teams around the “why” behind product decisions.
  • Prioritize initiatives and manage tradeoffs to balance speed, quality, and long-term platform health.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable product capabilities.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support and mentor other product managers or cross-functional partners through strong product thinking and collaboration.
  • Define clear success metrics for product initiatives and ensure progress is measurable.
  • Use product analytics, experimentation, and user insights to identify opportunities.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and iterate on product decisions based on results.
  • Own outcomes for your product area and ensure initiatives drive measurable improvements in key business and user metrics.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance and recommend adjustments to the roadmap and priorities.
