What is the opportunity?: As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading product initiatives to further our Apple device management capabilities. Here is a breakdown: Work directly with customers, field teams, and partners to understand the issues and opportunities not currently addressed. Collaborate daily with client Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to solve complex problems in uncertain environments using a combination of their domain knowledge and your skills. Perform research, brainstorm solutions, and help guide product direction. Balance opportunities and business needs while keeping stakeholders aligned and supportive. Work with Apple and other partners on product strategy and collaborate on implementation. Facilitate software demos, stakeholder check ins, and other key meetings virtually or in-person. Collaborate with our product and technical marketing teams to showcase new product releases to drive awareness and adoption. Learn new skills and grow in your own career while contributing learnings back to others in our Product Management practice so we can all grow and thrive together.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management and/ or expertise with deploying Apple devices in the enterprise.
  • Strong empathy for our customers and partners to better shape our solutions
  • Strong cross-team collaboration with the ability to moderate conversations across both business and technical teams
  • Easily handle multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail, while never losing focus of the overall product strategy
  • Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills characterized by clarity and brevity
  • Drive to achieve quick results and the capacity to assume increasing responsibility in a dynamic, constantly moving organization
  • Positive personality with strong interpersonal skills and an upbeat “can-do” attitude
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of what’s most important.
  • Provide leadership while never forgetting that you’re a team player.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and a natural predisposition toward data-driven decision making. You should nevertheless be able to make reasoned decisions in situations of uncertainty or imperfect data.
