We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building analytical testing products that customers love and that the world needs in order to develop curative gene therapies and breakthrough cancer treatments. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining market opportunities and steering new product development within a cell and gene therapy focused consumables group for genetic medicines. Their product management responsibilities will include creating, commercializing and supporting disruptive technologies related to sized based separations, purification, and affinity-based column technologies. In this dynamic role, the candidate will help the world’s booming biotechnology industry by bringing to bear new characterization assays for the analysis of oligonucleotides, nucleic acids, viral vectors (e.g. AAVs, lentivirus, etc) and lipid nanoparticles. The ability to empathize and address unmet analytical needs will be critical. The candidate should be comfortable guiding technical discussions surrounding biomolecule workflows as well as contributing to strategic and marketing topics. The candidate will manage the entire lifecycle of their products, be responsible for gathering customer requirements, build business cases and revenue models, define their vision with development teams and oversee product go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and sharing scientific content, ranging from brochures and infographics to webinars and tradeshow presentations. This Product Management position is a highly-visible, global role and a successful candidate will be encouraged to be out in front of the world’s leading scientific discussions and help our organizations align to serving the cell and gene therapy industry. This is a Hybrid role based out of Milford, MA 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday)
