About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the next evolution of our platform. You'll shape product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact features that scale. This role offers significant ownership over key product areas and the opportunity to influence technical architecture decisions alongside Engineering and Design leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management at a software company, with a track record of shipping complex products
• Agile expertise: You've led sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other ceremonies that drive team velocity
• Execution skills: You excel at breaking down ambiguous requirements into well-defined, engineer-ready stories in Jira or similar tools
• Ownership mindset: You take accountability for your product area, communicate proactively, and drive clarity when things get complex
• Technical fluency: You're comfortable discussing data flows, API contracts, and system dependencies with engineers
• Attention to detail: Your thoroughness sets you apart—nothing falls through the cracks

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery initiatives by analyzing market trends, competitive positioning, and customer feedback to identify high-value opportunities
• Define product requirements through detailed PRDs that outline business objectives, technical architecture, data flows, and API specifications
• Validate requirements with customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment before development
• Translate product vision into actionable epics and user stories with clear UI/UX specifications, business logic, API dependencies, and acceptance criteria
• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retrospectives) that keep teams aligned and moving efficiently
• Partner with Engineering to deliver quality features on time while proactively managing risks, blockers, and timeline shifts
• Work with engineering leads to design scalable integration strategies, data contracts, and APIs that support long-term platform growth
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to scope and sequence integrations that prioritize data integrity, performance, and maintainability
• Navigate technical conversations confidently, contributing to architectural decisions that impact the platform
