About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager for Marketplace Consumer Experience, you will sit at the heart of the Shipt marketplace. Your mission is to build a world-class shopping journey—from the moment a member opens the app to the final "order placed" confirmation. You will tackle complex marketplace dynamics, balancing the needs of our customers, retail partners, and personal shoppers to ensure every transaction feels like magic.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Product Management experience , preferably in B2C e-commerce, grocery tech, or multi-sided marketplaces.
• Proven track record of managing high-traffic consumer products and delivering measurable ROI.
• Strong technical literacy; experience working with internal and external tooling and mobile-first environments.
• Deep empathy for the user and a passion for creating inclusive, accessible digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the Vision: Own the product vision and roadmap for core consumer-facing eCommerce agents and internal agents related to retail media network, merch, marketing, and fulfillment operations, aligning with Shipt’s long-term marketplace strategy.
• Drive Growth: Identify friction points in the user journey and leverage data to launch experiments that improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
• Master the Marketplace: Navigate the nuances of three-sided marketplace dynamics (Customer, Shopper, Retailer)
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to move from ideas to high-impact product launches.
• Be the Voice of the Customer: Deep-dive into user research and feedback to build features that solve real pain points for our diverse member base.
