Senior Product Manager
About The Position
Weâre looking for a Senior Product Manager who will own the vision, roadmap, and execution across Zumâs core platform. This is a highly strategic role for someone who thinks like a builder, balancing the near term with the long term vision. A successful PM in the role would be comfortable combining product sense, customer empathy, and platform & systems thinking.Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, customer satisfaction & retention, and sales enablement. You will work with a talented team of product leaders, designers, and engineers to innovate and enhance ZÅ«mâs transportation platform across multiple mobile and web touch points.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including owning a core product area end-to-end.
- Experience shipping SaaS products for enterprise or operational users.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous, and constraint-heavy environments.
- Passion for mission-driven work and designing systems with real-world impact at scale.
- A demonstrated track record of shipping high-impact customer-facing features.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in mobility, logistics, fleets, marketplaces, or operationally complex products is a strong plus.
