As a Senior Product Manager at Plaid, youâll define and drive products that help millions connect, move, and manage their money. Youâll partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate customer needs into impactful, high-quality products. This role suits someone early in their PM career who loves to learn, collaborate, and build meaningful solutions that improve financial lives.

Requirements

3-7 years of experience in a product-related role (e.g. Product Manager, APM, startup operator, founder, or product analyst).
Proven track record of building or launching products end-to-end.
Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver value quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas simply and effectively
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Familiarity using AI in your day-to-day product work, such as prototyping, research, or analysis.
Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
