Position: Senior Product Manager Job Location: 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066 Duties: Develops and enhances moderately complex products by developing and managing product roadmaps; gathering and documenting requirements; collecting and analyzing customer and product data; turning customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives; prioritizing product backlog; executing on user and business acceptance criteria; and managing roll out of product features. Defines and manages strategy and business objectives for moderately complex products by conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments; developing business cases; and setting objectives and key performance indicators for products. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Crafts and develops solutions to business challenges by communicating requirements to key partners (for example, Business leaders, User Experience, Engineering, Analytics); and engaging with key partners to deliver and support initiatives; and communicating status and insights related to product performance to stakeholders. This position does not supervise employees. Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 3 years of post-bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in product management; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in product management. Requirements

  • Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 3 years of post-bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in product management; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in product management.
  • Experience with SQL for data analysis via BigQuery.
  • Experience with API based integrations for B2B2C partnerships.
  • Experience coding in Object-oriented programming languages, including C, C++, and Java.
  • Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle and managing software development projects.
  • Experience with software engineering tools: Jira, Github, Postman, and Splunk.
  • Experience with requirements for software (design, architecture, testing) and platform capabilities (cloud, infrastructure, pipeline orchestration, database, network).
  • Experience with functional and business requirements to determine end user expectations of a product functionality.
  • Experience with either the Iterative Agile Methodology for cyclic and collaborative processes or the Sequential Waterfall Methodology for sequential or linear processes.
  • Experience defining technical requirements to show how functional and business requirements can be achieved and the final product functionality details.
  • Experience designing user experiences as per business needs and technical designs including documenting how that functionality is to be implemented technically.
  • Experience developing solutions to lower the cost of producing a product or providing a service.
