Senior Product Manager, Security Analytics
About The Position
Working with the Security and ML team, this role will focus on designing and delivering advanced detection and security management capabilities for Stellar Cyber’s Open XDR platform—such as detection management, asset and entity tracking, and agentic AI systems. The Senior Product Manager will lead the definition, delivery, and adoption of security management-driven initiatives central to the company’s vision of building an Autonomous SOC. Performance milestones: • First 30 days: Learn the product portfolio, core architecture, and pipeline of ML initiatives. • By 90 days: Lead an analytics-focused initiative and start driving roadmap alignment. • By 180 days: Drive customer adoption, collect feedback, and refine roadmap priorities based on data and customer insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in Security Analytics, SIEM, XDR, or AI/ML domains.
- Solid understanding of SOC operations, detection engineering, and analytics workflows.
- Experience working with data science teams (anomaly detection, NLP, supervised/unsupervised models).
- Strong technical background—familiarity with cloud architectures, ElasticSearch, data pipelines, or similar.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to translate technical value into customer impact.
