About The Position

Flosum is seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem to shape the future of enterprise Salesforce development, security, and scaling. This role is pivotal in defining and launching new product categories, particularly in AI-driven DevOps, agent-aware governance, and intelligent data lifecycle management. The successful candidate will own the product roadmap for Flosum's 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security platform, working closely with the CEO and engineering leadership. Flosum is a Salesforce Summit Partner and the only native solution certified by Salesforce, ensuring zero data exposure and full compliance within the Salesforce trust boundary. The company serves demanding Fortune 500 customers in regulated industries and competes with major players like Copado and Gearset, differentiating through its native architecture. Flosum has recently integrated Salesforce Agentforce, becoming the first and only Salesforce-native AI DevOps solution.

  • Proven track record of shipping products that enterprise customers adopted and paid for.
  • Strong perspective on how AI/ML (especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will reshape the Salesforce development and governance landscape.
  • Hands-on executor: writes PRDs, talks to customers, reviews wireframes, sits in sprint reviews.
  • Exceptional communication skills: ability to present to C-suite and write technical specifications.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action.

  • Experience at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries.
  • Experience leading product-led growth initiatives within an enterprise product.
  • A point of view on the future of AI in Salesforce DevOps and a 3-year vision for autonomous agents.
  • Experience winning against well-funded competitors through product superiority.
