About The Position

The Product Management team at Rubrik drives the company’s vision to secure the world’s data. We work collaboratively across functions to build our market-leading platform, addressing the most challenging data management, security and AI operations needs of our customers. Our mission is to help customers secure their data while maintaining the end-to-end user experience Rubrik is known for. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead key product areas within Rubrik’s Microsoft 365 Data Protection portfolio, one of the fastest-growing and most strategic businesses at Rubrik. This role will focus on building and scaling backup, recovery, and security capabilities across Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. You will own strategy and execution for critical customer-facing capabilities, work closely with engineering and GTM teams, and help scale the product from strong adoption to industry leadership. This is a high-impact role with visibility across product, sales, and leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management with strong skills in planning, building, scaling, communication, and cross-functional alignment
  • 8+ years of overall work experience
  • Experience building products in or adjacent to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams or similar SaaS platforms) is preferred.
  • Strong technical depth and comfort working with distributed systems, APIs, and large-scale data platforms
  • Respected partner to sales, engineering, design, GTM and other cross functional teams
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including customer-facing discussions
  • Bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key Microsoft 365 data protection capabilities and deliver best-in-class backup, recovery, and cyber resilience workflows
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, security, and platform teams to ship high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Work directly with customers, sales, and sales engineering to understand real-world M365 challenges and translate them into product outcomes
  • Write clear PRDs, drive execution, manage tradeoffs, and define product roll-out strategies
  • Own and help create enablement material for sales and sales engineering teams
  • Lead GTM readiness and field enablement, including sales and SE materials, and represent the product in customer engagements
  • Act as the voice of the customer, grounding decisions in customer needs, scale considerations, and operational realities
  • Define, validate and integrate value added services especially in the security and AI space to differentiate Rubrik’s Microsoft 365 offering
