About The Position

Concept Solutions is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Information Technology (AIT) Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Services under the ITIPSS contract vehicle. The position will provide support for the operations management of Microsoft Office 365 services and Lotus Notes applications. And deliver core messaging functions and operational support such as incident resolution, incident escalation, critical situation disposition and closure. Provide service management such as process life cycle management, process improvement, continuous service improvement, VIP support process, and trend analysis Provide messaging services such as support of e-discovery, broadcast messages, FOIA requests, and integration with business applications Provide technical support such as messaging architecture and design, operational analysis, and integration approach Evaluate security requirements and implement security enhancements using Microsoft Defender for Office, DMARC monitoring using Valimail Routinely audit system security compliance and perform search and purge operations in Microsoft Purview Provide in-place records retention for email and Microsoft Teams chats in accordance with FAA records management requirements Create, review, and update all work instructions and SOPs for 365 Productivity branch Perform product evaluations and roadmap planning based on new O365 products released

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, and/or other IT degree (engineering, math, and science related degrees are considered acceptable alternative degrees); five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • FAA Personnel Suitability clearance required (AMS 3.14-2)

Responsibilities
