Duties & Responsibilities Provide subject-matter expertise on M365 platform behaviors, limitations, and security requirements. Design, build, and maintain automation solutions that integrate Microsoft 365 services. Translate technical engineering concepts into business-friendly explanations for decision-makers. Contribute to policy development, governance models, and long-term engineering roadmap planning. Provide Tier-3 engineering support for escalated incidents involving Microsoft 365 workloads. Automation and Scripting: Identifying and developing new automations to ensure continuity and integration across Microsoft 365 products. Coach and review automations developed by other members of the team Analyzes and defines software requirements to determine specifications and standards. Analyze, design, develop, modify, write and implement scripts, applications, and automation components using modern tools and frameworks. Evaluate business processes and identify new areas for automation to improve operational efficiency. Review and coach other team members on automation development to ensure consistency, maintainability and security. Propose Software solutions for operational gaps or new business needs. GitHub management: Manages user support and feedback. Manage GitHub Enterprise accounts, organizations, and enterprise policies. Govern GitHub Actions usage, including allowed actions and permissions. Troubleshoot access, CI/CD, and permissions issues Manage GitHub Enterprise licenses and seat assignments. Troubleshoot automation failures, GitHub issues, and service integrations Provide cross team collaboration and support.

Requirements

  • Expert-level automation development (PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Functions, GitHub Actions)
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 Platform components.
  • Strong debugging and Problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Advanced troubleshooting kills for CI/CD pipelines, access issues, permissions, and authorization flows.
  • Strong communication skills, both technical and non technical.
  • Ability to mentor peers and influence best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8 or more years of experience.
