The Microsoft 365 Platform Administrator is responsible for the administration, governance, and operational support of the City’s Microsoft 365 collaboration and messaging platforms. This role provides enterprise-level support for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online, while also contributing to governance, automation, security, and continuous platform improvement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, cloud administration, user and permissions management, and technical expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The candidate will have a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.
