The Product Manager (L4) for People Technology (PeopleTech) will own and scale the platforms, integrations, and automation that power the employee lifecycle - spanning HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, learning, compensation, and performance - as well as cross-functional workflows with Finance, Security, IT, and Analytics. This role drives product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across critical PeopleTech systems and integrations, elevating employee experience, data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will leverage integration platforms, modern APIs, and GenAI-enabled workflows to unlock measurable outcomes across onboarding, access provisioning, and workforce insights. A cohesive PeopleTech roadmap that aligns HRIS, ATS, and IAM capabilities with business outcomes across hire-to-retire, including onboarding, access provisioning, and data governance. Examples include systems like Workday, Greenhouse, and Okta where appropriate. High-quality automation and integrations (e.g., using platforms such as Workato/Boomi) that reduce manual effort and improve lifecycle SLAs across HR, IT, and Security. Clear reliability, observability, and support standards for PeopleTech integrations and workflows, including error handling, runbooks, and compliance-ready evidence management. Pragmatic controls and audit readiness for PeopleTech systems aligned to frameworks like SOX and SOC 2, in partnership with Finance and Security.
