About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager, you will directly support NetCredit and collaborate with different departments and external partners to shape the future of our near-prime, consumer lending business. You'll also work closely with stakeholders to help define features and tradeoffs in order to create a competitive advantage for Enova. As you develop business cases and implement solutions, you will make a direct impact on our business and hardworking customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with API management.
  • Technical skills including knowledge of relational databases and using SQL to work with large data sets
  • Experience collaborating with agile teams and managing project milestones.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Experience driving multiple projects through a full lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product roadmaps through the collection of internal and external customer feedback
  • Coordinate with various departments to define requirements and prioritize the backlog.
  • Identify new product features and trade-offs to establish a competitive advantage for Enova and enhance customer experience.
  • Construct business cases and collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in. Work with Engineering to estimate size, elaborate on scope and requirements, clarify detailed design, and obtain sign-off on developed features before launch.
  • Effectively advocate for your product area and communicate its value throughout the organization.
  • Communicate key milestones, project updates, scope changes, and critical metrics to stakeholders and external partners on an ongoing basis.
  • Use database queries to troubleshoot data quality and analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
  • Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
