We are seeking a strategic product manager who will take ownership of the end-to-end product development lifecycle and product operations for multiple products in our portfolio. This person will help validate vague or early problem statements and ideas to turn them into clear product requirements, partner closely with engineering and design teams during development, and support validation and limited launches in partnership with clinicians and industry. This is not a narrow product role. It is ideal for someone who wants hands-on responsibility and the chance to grow beyond the traditional boundaries of product management and enjoys straddling upstream innovation strategy, project management and downstream commercialization, working closely with clinicians, industry, and engineering. Candidates may come from one of two strong backgrounds: (1) A clinical background such as PA, PT, RN or similar, paired with strong technical and business acumen (ideally an MBA), or (2) A technical, engineering or product development background with extensive experience working directly with clinicians to commercialize products. In both cases, we have a strong preference for individuals who have worked in early-stage startups, especially in roles requiring customer discovery or iterative product shaping, regardless of the outcome of the startup.
