About The Position

Join Albertsons Companies for an exciting opportunity as a Senior Product Manager, where innovation and customer service are paramount. The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for managing the roadmap of attribution and measurement enhancements across the Media Collective. This involves close collaboration with Measurement Engineering and Data Science to define appropriate models for various media channels, audiences, and investment types. The PM will ensure methodological rigor, validate statistical significance, and translate complex measurement outputs into actionable insights, ultimately shaping how measurement informs planning, optimizations, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 5 plus years of product management experience, with significant time in AdTech, MarTech, or Retail Media.
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement, including performance metrics and attribution.
  • Technical fluency with largescale data systems, SQL, ETL pipelines, and BI tooling.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex analytical outputs and convert them into business ready insights and product requirements.
  • Background collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Drive development, automation and launch of advanced measurement outputs, including ads attribution and Incrementality measurement at scale, in a privacy driven environment.
  • Validate new metrics and reporting launches using deep data analysis and launch readiness frameworks.
  • Own metric definitions, data contracts, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency across surfaces and channels.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to design automation pipelines supporting billions of ad events.
  • Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Ads measurement
  • Draft clear requirements and acceptance criteria, manage sprint grooming
  • Balance short-term reliability improvements with long-term platform evolution (automation, scalability, advanced measurement).
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Influence stakeholders without authority in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Analytics, Sales, Operations teams across the US and India.
  • Create a strong team culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and consistent delivery; proactively manage conflicts and drive alignment across PMs, engineering, data science, analytics.
