About The Position

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of a consumer and professional platform into an autonomous growth engine. You will own the end-to-end consumer experience while driving AI-powered marketing tools that engage, qualify, and convert leads in real time. The position requires strategic leadership across product development, multi-channel demand generation, and AI-driven workflows, ensuring measurable ROI for business professionals. You will collaborate across teams, manage complex product interdependencies, and implement scalable solutions while maintaining a user-centric approach. The role combines high-level strategy, hands-on product management, and innovative application of AI to maximize engagement and monetization. Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience building large-scale B2C or B2B2C products.
  • Expertise in conversational AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows, including prompt engineering and automated lead management.
  • Strong consumer product sense, managing high-traffic content or community platforms with a focus on conversion and engagement.
  • Demonstrated ownership of full-funnel product initiatives, including top-of-funnel engagement and bottom-of-funnel monetization.
  • Analytical skills to interpret complex project-matching algorithms, multi-channel attribution, and product performance metrics.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage interdependencies, and deliver results in a fast-moving, startup-like environment within a larger organization.

  • Preferred experience: launching new product tracks, marketplace or SaaS growth, integrating AI agents into monetization workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and development of AI-driven Autonomous Sales Agents, managing automated lead engagement, qualification, and booking workflows.
  • Own the consumer platform experience, including Photos, Ideabooks, Stories, Discussions, and Homefeed, ensuring high-intent engagement for professionals.
  • Drive end-to-end lead fulfillment processes, from initial contact to conversion, leveraging automation and AI to optimize speed and quality.
  • Develop multi-channel demand generation tools for professionals, including website optimization, custom lead forms, and consumer engagement utilities.
  • Implement AI-driven gating to ensure lead quality and protect professionals from low-value or spam opportunities.
  • Build attribution and reporting dashboards to measure revenue and performance across all marketing suite touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product, engineering, design, and business goals, ensuring execution excellence.
