About The Position

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how AI-powered capabilities are understood, adopted, and trusted by a global customer base. You will sit at the intersection of product innovation, storytelling, and growth, leading the positioning and go-to-market strategy for advanced AI features embedded across a fast-evolving platform. Working in a fully remote, highly asynchronous environment, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to turn complex AI functionality into clear, outcome-driven value. Your success will be measured not just by launches, but by real adoption and customer impact. Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in a high-growth software environment, with strong expertise in messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Exceptional written and editorial skills, with the ability to simplify complex product concepts into compelling, outcome-oriented narratives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional launches from strategy through execution in collaboration with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Strong understanding of customer personas, pain points, and how positioning decisions drive adoption, activation, and revenue growth.
  • Experience working on AI-powered products or automation-driven features is highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or equivalent), with outstanding asynchronous communication skills suited for a remote-first culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve messaging and positioning for AI-powered features, translating complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated, customer-first narratives.
  • Lead adoption-focused go-to-market strategies for AI launches, ensuring activation, education, and measurable product usage — not just announcement visibility.
  • Create and oversee high-impact AI-related content across web, in-product surfaces, lifecycle campaigns, sales enablement materials, and launch assets.
  • Develop scalable customer education resources such as guides, templates, best practices, and workflow examples that drive confident AI adoption.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to stay aligned with roadmap priorities, influence feature development with customer insights, and ensure accurate positioning.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with training, FAQs, demos, and messaging frameworks to communicate AI value responsibly and effectively.
  • Champion trustworthy, responsible AI communication by avoiding hype and ensuring clarity, transparency, and measurable outcomes in all messaging.
