About The Position

Our Product Managers lead highly collaborative creative endeavors, bringing together stakeholders across engineering, design, data services, operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver tangible value. We’re looking for teammates who will help shape Justworks’ future and make a profound impact on our business. As a Product Manager, you’ll be working across complex spaces (Fintech, Healthcare, HR Tech - all with serious policy/regulatory environments). That will require you to have a keen intuition for customer needs, risk management, and commercialization. Care is at the center of everything we do, and you’ll need to love talking with customers and engaging with our Customer Success, Sales and Marketing teams to make sure that care is coming through in every part of our customers’ experience. Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in payments, fintech, or global payroll.
  • Proven success launching and scaling financial products or services involving cross-border payments, money movement, or FX.
  • Strong analytical and technical foundation — comfortable working with APIs, data, and payment flow diagrams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with global HR/payroll platforms (e.g., EOR, contractor payments)
  • Familiarity with payment processors, banking partners, or FX vendors
  • Background in B2B SaaS or two-sided marketplace products

Responsibilities

  • Strive to simplify the complexity of currencies and cross-border payments, allowing our customers and their team to focus on their work, not whether they’ll be paid accurately and on-time.
  • Define and execute the international payments roadmap, enabling customers to pay contractors and employees across multiple countries and currencies through the Justworks platform.
  • Own the end-to-end user experience for cross-border payments — from onboarding and currency selection to payout and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, and compliance to deliver scalable and compliant payment solutions.
  • Partner with external vendors and banking partners to expand global coverage, optimize payment rails, and ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Measure product success through data-driven insights, tracking metrics like payment success rates, payout times, and user satisfaction.
  • Drive alignment across teams by clearly communicating vision, priorities, and trade-offs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in global payments, FX, and workforce compliance to inform long-term strategy.
  • Champion the customer voice, ensuring small businesses have a clear, trustworthy experience paying their global teams.
