About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Go-to-market, B2B Payments to join our North America Visa Commercial Solutions team, focused on delivering and enhancing products for the small business to middle market segment. In this role, you will manage key B2B payment product initiatives from concept through launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption. You will analyse market needs, customer feedback, and competitive trends to shape product enhancements and go-to-market plans. This is an excellent opportunity for a product professional with strong execution skills, customer focus, and the ability to translate market opportunities into tangible solutions.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Product Management, preferably in payments or fintech.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent powerpoint skills, skilled in creating a data based roadmap and product strategy, developing user stories, and collaborating with technical teams.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and client audiences.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market activities and enabling sales teams
  • Familiarity with Visa products and ecosystem is a plus.
  • MBA or advanced degree beneficial but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of assigned B2B payment products and features, from requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for product improvement or net new products.
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support go-to-market activities, including creation of product collateral, sales training materials, and client-facing presentations.
  • Be data obsessed: Track and analyse product performance metrics, recommending changes to improve adoption and retention
  • Collaborate with multiple teams at Visa to build your product strategy and deliver product enhancements.
  • Contribute to the broader VCS product roadmap by sharing insights and feedback from customers and the market
