Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Business Partnership & Problem Discovery Partner with Global Operations and functional business teams to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Identify and prioritize business problems that can be effectively addressed through AI‑driven products and solutions. Translate operational challenges into clear product opportunities, value hypotheses, and success metrics. AI Product Leadership Own the AI product vision and roadmap for assigned operational domains. Lead the definition, development, and delivery of AI‑powered products in collaboration with IT, data, and engineering teams. Drive early‑stage prototyping, proof‑of‑concepts, and pilots to validate feasibility and business value before scaling. Ensure AI solutions are designed with scalability, reliability, and real‑world operational adoption in mind. Cross‑Functional Execution Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, and outcomes. Collaborate with IT and architecture teams on solution design, technology selection, and integration into existing systems. Guide prioritization decisions and trade‑offs based on value, risk, and operational impact. AI Expertise & Innovation Serve as the subject matter expert for AI technologies, techniques, and trends as they apply to operations (e.g., generative AI, machine learning, agentic systems, automation). Continuously explore emerging AI tools, platforms, and approaches, and assess their applicability to operational use cases. Provide thought leadership on responsible, practical, and effective use of AI in operations. Community Enablement & Evangelism Help build and enable an internal AI community within Global Operations and across the company. Share best practices, lessons learned, and reusable patterns to accelerate AI adoption. Support education, awareness, and collaboration around AI initiatives through workshops, forums, and informal coaching.
