About The Position

HungerRush is transforming how guests interact with restaurants online. As the Senior Product Manager for Online Ordering, you will own the end-to-end consumer journey for our online ordering experience. Your mission will be to deliver a best-in-class digital ordering experience that feels intuitive and seamless. You will lead initiatives across funnel optimization using data, experimentation, and customer insights to continuously improve outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who obsesses over reducing friction, loves analyzing funnels and behavior patterns, moves quickly from insight to action, and thrives in a high-growth fast-paced environment. This is a remote role.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Strong track record of building and launching innovative products in fast-paced environments.
  • Customer-centric mindset - Deep empathy for users and ability to translate insights into product features; Experience with user research, feedback loops, and customer journey mapping
  • Data-driven decision making - Proficient in setting measurable goals (OKRs, KPIs). Skilled at using product analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.), experimentation (A/B testing) to drive decisions
  • Execution excellence - Proven track record of shipping successful products. Strong prioritization skills and knowing what to build and what not to build
  • Collaboration & influence - Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations. Strong communicator with the ability to influence, align, and inspire cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze ecommerce funnels end-to-end to identify friction points and optimize.
  • Own customer journey mapping, usability analysis, and qualitative research to surface pain points and opportunities.
  • Define and maintain a strategic roadmap for a consumer facing product, driving consumer engagement and business impact.
  • Partner with engineering to deliver innovative, high-quality features.
  • Use customer insights, data, and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Balance speed and quality, making bold decisions when needed while ensuring execution excellence.
  • Define clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and track progress against them to ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Experiment rapidly—hypothesize, test, learn, and iterate.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities and keep the product competitive.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and capabilities based on customers’ needs and business goals.
  • Provide education and guidance to internal teams, including sales, product marketing, and customer success, ensuring alignment on product capabilities and value propositions
