About The Position

The Senior Product Manager – Digital Assets & Distributed Ledger Solutions is a senior role responsible for shaping, delivering, and scaling BetaNXT’s digital asset and blockchain-enabled product capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, revenue growth, and client enablement, translating complex market, regulatory, and client needs into commercially successful products. The Senior Product Manager owns end-to-end product outcomes—from strategy and roadmap development through client adoption and revenue realization—across solutions leveraging distributed ledger technology (DLT), blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, and digital asset workflows. This position is ideal for an experienced product leader who has successfully launched and scaled enterprise-grade blockchain or digital asset platforms in financial services, fintech, or capital markets environments.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in product management, with direct ownership of enterprise software or platform products
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience delivering digital asset, blockchain, or distributed ledger–based solutions in a regulated financial service, fintech, or capital markets environment.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, go-to-market execution, and institutional client needs.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes without formal authority.
Experience with capital markets infrastructure, brokerage processing platforms, custody, clearing, settlement, or post-trade workflows.
Hands-on experience with tokenization, smart contracts, digital asset custody, or blockchain interoperability.
Familiarity with regulatory considerations impacting digital assets (e.g., SEC, CFTC, FINRA, global market structures).
Deep domain expertise in digital assets and distributed ledger technology
Strong strategic thinking, execution discipline, executive communication, and stakeholder management.
Client‑focused, commercially minded product leadership with strong risk‑management skills in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital asset and distributed‑ledger solutions aligned to BetaNXT’s platform and growth goals.
Translate client, regulatory, and market needs into clear product requirements, use cases, and value propositions.
Prioritize features, integrations, and enhancements based on revenue impact, scalability, and client adoption.
Partner with architecture and engineering to deliver secure, resilient, compliant, and production‑ready institutional solutions.
Collaborate with senior Sales and Market Development leaders to support digital asset sales motions, strategic pursuits, and platform expansion.
Act as the senior voice of the customer, ensuring institutional client needs and feedback drive product direction.
Engage with clients, partners, and industry participants to validate use cases and refine product‑market fit.
Track competitive offerings, market trends, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy.
Lead complex initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Support, Finance, and external partners.
Establish product governance, delivery milestones, success metrics, and adoption KPIs.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and regulatory considerations unique to digital asset solutions.
Maintain clear, transparent communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
