Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or healthcare 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or customer engagement roles. Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization. Strong strategic thinking, communication (written and verbal), and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with determining customer needs within medical device markets Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences industries preferred. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. Advanced degree such as Master's or MBA Electrophysiology experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated success supporting and/or managing complex projects Demonstrated success working as an integral cross functional team member Ability to develop clinical expertise in medical devices Sales experience Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
