About The Position

Atria is a membership-based preventive health care practice delivering cutting-edge primary and specialty care in New York, South Florida, Los Angeles (2026), and through 24/7 telemedicine globally. Our multi-specialty team of 60+ top in-house physicians provides proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. We aim to optimize lifespan and healthspan through meticulous screening, leading-edge therapeutics, and tailored interventions designed to prevent disease and detect it at the earliest possible stages. Each member's care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, women's health, endocrinology, integrative health, performance and movement, nutrition, and more. Through our nonprofit Atria Research Institute and Public Health Institute, we also work to accelerate the translation of medical breakthroughs and expand access to preventive care for as many people as possible. Atria Health is seeking a highly experienced and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager focus on our Care Delivery systems and internal operational tooling. As an individual contributor, you will own the strategy and execution for the platforms, workflows, and tools that power how our clinical and operational teams deliver world-class care. In this pivotal role, you will design and scale systems that enable proactive, personalized, and efficient care delivery—spanning care coordination, scheduling, internal automation, and workflow management tools. You will partner deeply with care operators, engineering, data, design, and clinical teams to translate complex healthcare processes into scalable, intuitive internal tools. The ideal candidate has experience building and scaling internal platforms in healthcare or other highly regulated, operationally complex environments. You thrive in ambiguity, understand the nuance of clinical workflows, and are motivated by building systems that empower teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, including significant experience building internal tools, platforms, or operational systems in healthcare, health tech, or similarly complex industries.
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, care coordination, EHR systems, or healthcare workflow design preferred.
  • Proven track record of shipping complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable operational impact.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with sensitivity to compliance, privacy, and data security considerations.
  • Exceptional systems thinker with the ability to move fluidly between high-level strategy and detailed execution.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to diagnose workflow inefficiencies and inform prioritization.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior clinical and operational leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex processes into clear product direction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Health Systems).

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the multi-quarter product strategy for Atria’s care delivery systems in collaboration with the rest of the Technology team (Care Delivery, Clinical Experience, and Member Experience), ensuring alignment with clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term company goals.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and modernize workflows across the care continuum.
  • Partner closely with clinical and operations stakeholders to deeply understand end-to-end care delivery processes.
  • Translate complex real-world workflows into scalable product solutions, balancing usability, compliance, and technical feasibility.
  • Improve systems supporting scheduling, documentation, referrals, care plans, and cross-specialty coordination with the overall goal of delivering proactive care to members
  • Lead high-impact initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Write detailed product requirements, define success metrics, and ensure high-quality delivery in collaboration with engineering and design.
  • Continuously optimize systems post-launch to drive adoption, efficiency, and measurable operational improvements.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, variation, and opportunities for improvement in care delivery.
  • Partner with data and engineering teams to integrate automation, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent decision support into internal tools.
  • Ensure systems support proactive care models and precision-based interventions.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between clinical, operations, engineering, and executive teams.
  • Influence stakeholders without direct authority, building alignment around shared goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Champion a culture of operational excellence, systems thinking, and continuous improvement.
  • Define, monitor, and act on KPIs tied to operational efficiency, care quality, etc
  • Use qualitative feedback and quantitative data to iterate quickly and responsibly in a regulated healthcare environment.
