Requirements
- Advanced degree or relevant experience in pharma/drug discovery and machine learning
- Deep expertise in science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Math)
- Experience in software product management and delivery
- Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change
