About the Team Empowering Capital One model developers to rapidly innovate, the Enterprise AI/ML organization provides the comprehensive platform, tools, and infrastructure necessary to deliver impactful machine learning models and cutting-edge customer experiences. This role is on the Frontier Machine Learning team within the AI/ML organization, which is responsible for discovering and unlocking the use of the latest AI/ML technology, allowing Capital One to create next-generation customer experiences. In this role you will own the 0-1 strategy and creation of an enterprise customer data product used to incorporate more holistic customer context into high leverage decisioning. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to scope, prioritize, and build while also working with internal customers to drive adoption. The ideal candidate is passionate about machine learning and data, and deeply empathizes with data scientists and engineers. They are comfortable in conversation with engineering teams as well as stakeholders ranging from data scientists to senior leaders. Product Managers take a holistic approach to creating value through applying human-centered design principles, deeply understanding the needs and opportunities in our business, fostering technological innovation, applying creativity to solve hard problems and embracing boundaryless leadership.
