About The Position

Weâre looking for a Senior Product Manager to sit at the crux of Attentiveâs fully automated messaging efforts. In this role, youâll own and grow AI Journeysâthe product that transforms shopper intent into highly personalized 1:1 messaging at scale. This is a high-impact, end-to-end product ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and is excited to shape the future of AI-driven commerce. Youâll balance near-term delivery with long-term vision, helping brands confidently adopt automation today while pushing the boundaries of what personalized shopping experiences can be tomorrow.

Requirements

4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally working on B2B SaaS, platforms, or data/AI-driven products
Proven experience owning complex products from discovery through delivery and iteration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance data, intuition, and customer insight

Responsibilities

Deliver the tools, controls, and visibility brands need to fully embrace AI-powered automation
Translate complex AI systems into clear, actionable experiences for marketers
Ensure AI Journeys feel understandable, predictable, and safeâwithout sacrificing performance
Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer teams to build intuitive workflows and explainable outcomes
Define and execute the product vision for smarter, higher-performing messages across channels and use cases
Leverage real-time intent signals and machine learning to improve relevance, timing, and impact
Identify new opportunities to expand AI Journeys beyond todayâs use cases and unlock step-change value for brands and consumers
