Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
  • 2+ years as a product manager for a machine learning product, or 5+ years as a data scientist working closely with product teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, large-scale projects in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with applied experience in statistical analysis.
  • Foundational understanding of ads identity systems and attribution concepts.
  • Experience driving product execution across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to influence teams without direct authority.

Nice To Haves

  • SQL proficiency, experience with behavioral advertising products, and advanced degrees in Probability, Statistics, or Behavioral Economics.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the execution of the ads identity and attribution product roadmap to enhance linking of events to users while respecting privacy standards.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams to deliver complex, scalable solutions.
  • Define metrics, KPIs, and success criteria to measure the impact and ROI of identity and attribution initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and data exploration to inform long-term strategy and prioritize initiatives with maximum business value.
  • Manage multi-team projects, ensuring alignment and progress toward annual goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on ads identity systems, promoting best practices and sustainable improvements across the organization.
