About The Position

Serval is hiring a Senior Product GTM Manager to drive the GTM engine for our products. You'll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, translating what we build into messaging that resonates, launches that land, and enablement that makes reps 10x. At its heart, this is a building role - specifically, building with AI agents. You’ll drive strategy through building the systems that make sure our GTM process has the most consistent messaging, enterprise-level selling motion and resourcing. This isn't a strategy-only role, though. You’ll also own the outcomes of your programs including creating the systems, content, and enablement that scale our go-to-market. If you spike in product acumen, building products, turning complex concepts into clear stories, and scaling revenue, this is your job.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or solutions consulting leadership—ideally with some mix.
  • A natural teacher. You light up when you help someone finally gets it. You've found yourself drawn to training, coaching, or mentoring roles regardless of your job title.
  • Product-level technical depth. You can demo software, talk architecture and don't need hand-holding to understand how our platform works.
  • Strong content production instincts. You write clean copy, structure information logically, and know how to make a deck that doesn't drives action.
  • High social energy. You're comfortable in front of a room, you build relationships easily, and people actually want to show up to your trainings.
  • Builder mentality. You're excited to create programs from scratch, not maintain someone else's playbook.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with vibe coding tools and getting them to actually work.
  • Background in solutions consulting, especially if you're strong at storytelling and program design.
  • Experience in enterprise software, IT, or workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and video-based training production.
  • You've enabled a sales team through a high-growth phase and know what breaks.

Responsibilities

  • Own product messaging and positioning in market. Develop messaging frameworks that give every team at Serval a consistent way to talk about our products. Make an enterprise-grade product simple to explain across mid market, enterprise and strategic buyer audiences, always tying messaging back to value for customers.
  • You'll contribute to a centralized, AI-powered GTM engine – using AI to build content and systems that help the team scale faster.
  • Arm the sales team. Build training programs, battle cards, demo certification, and sales assets that help reps run sharper conversations and close more deals. Own onboarding and ongoing enablement that scales with the team. All of this should be part of the centralized GTM Engine, in addition to creating thoughtful, well tested assets for the GTM team.
  • Run product launches that land. Turn releases into market moments that generate real attention and pipeline.
  • Drive the customer-product feedback loop. Partner with Product to identify which features matter most to buyers and figure out how to position them in the market.
