About The Position

Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.4 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most. Product Engineers at Nclusion sits at the intersection of users, design, and platform capabilities. We build end-to-end product experiences that power real financial outcomes — from onboarding and identity to wallets, payments, and everyday money movement. The Financial Services team works closely with product managers, designers, and infrastructure engineers to turn complex financial and regulatory systems into intuitive, reliable user experiences.

Requirements

  • Strong experience building production software in modern stacks (e.g. TypeScript, React, Node, mobile frameworks)
  • Product intuition: you care deeply about usability, clarity, and user outcomes
  • Experience working with APIs, data models, and backend services
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with non-engineering partners
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces and iterating quickly

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship user-facing product features across web and/or mobile surfaces
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering peers to shape requirements and solutions
  • Own features end-to-end, from technical design to production rollout and iteration
  • Translate complex backend systems and financial workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
  • Improve product quality through testing, monitoring, and performance optimization
  • Contribute to frontend and backend architecture decisions as the product scales
