Overview: Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced Offer Manager to drive the definition and operationalization of commercial offers for software products and solutions. This role ensures that pricing, packaging, and GTM enablement strategies align with business objectives and customer needs. The Offer Manager works closely with Product Management, Commercial Desk, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to deliver compelling offers that accelerate adoption and retention. Synonymous Business Titles : Product Director, Senior Product Director Location : Dallas, Texas Scope: Serve as the primary owner for Blue Yonder’s cross-functional offer management process, which guides work such ideation, business case authorship, roadmap creation, pricing & packaging and GTM enablement Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS offers, from launch to retirement Work with Product Management to ensure offers reflect roadmap priorities and feature sets Work with Product Management and Pricing to develop pricing and packaging strategies for subscription and usage-based models Work with the Enablement teams to enable Sales and Marketing with clear messaging, tools, and training for SaaS offers Be a principal point of contact for communication between Product Management and internal stakeholders
